Lizzy has been working with businesses from £3m to £21m turnover in the South East to successfully help them increase the business turnover, improve efficiencies, structuring of office, developing staff and strategic planning.

I am passionate about helping people and businesses to be the best they can be. I have worked within the insurance industry, advising large commercial clients and the number one problem most people had was attracting and retaining good staff. All the work I can offer can assist in solving this common problem.

Unofficial about me- 

My passion in life is show jumping horses and I think they have shaped me to be the person I am today and why I am successful in business. Firstly, nothing goes to plan, you can be on winning form one day and do everything the same and then it can all go wrong the next day. It teaches you to be tenacious and just keep going, it might not seem like it will be OK but if you keep doing the right thing, it will one day click in to place.

Lastly, it taught me emotional intelligence and problem solving from a young age. I can read people and know what makes people tick. My biggest strength is if someone tells me a problem, I can 1) ask the right questions to understand the problem quickly and 2) ask the right questions to come up with a solution quickly.
